Allan Poteshman is one of the most cross trained attorneys one is likely to meet. Beginning his career in the real-estate field, he had to master the intricacies of real-estate deals, transfers, investments, and all of the various complexities therewith. He took that knowledge to enter litigation practice representing a variety of clients in complex litigations. This lead him down a path doing corporate counsel work as well as work in the crypto space, including litigation, compliance, contracts and advising crypto companies as to best practices and general outside general counsel work. Allan has built a career out of seeing the problems over the horizon long before they make their way to shore, and has the skills to slay the dragon if it arrives.
